La Chapelle d´Abondance is a charming village resort on the French-Swiss border, 10 kilometers from the first Swiss resort Morgins. The international ski resort “Châtel” is 5.5 km from La Chapelle.
This warm ski resort has kept its authenticity through its Savoyard identity.
All the traditional farms have been preserved, constituting the soul and heritage of this typical village. The friendly welcome continues from generation to generation bringing a family atmosphere and sharing.

This authentic ski resort has an intimate and family-friendly ski area, ideal for beginners and children. There are also 130 kilometers of slopes in the “La Chapelle Liberté” area. It is also the starting point of the Franco-Swiss ski resort “Portes du Soleil”, offering 285 slopes and 196 modern ski lifts.

Winter and summer, the village offers a multitude of activities: mountain biking, hiking, trail running, alpine and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing … many activities to satisfy all families.

The residence “Le Flocon Blanc” is based on respect of tradition and is inspired by the architecture of traditional farms in the Abondance valley. The residence is composed of 39 apartments from 2 to 5 bedrooms. All apartments have a parking space and a cellar. We find all the necessary comfort to spend pleasant stays with family or friends.
