Investing in a leaseback project that is situated in a "Rural Revitalisation Zone" offers many supplementary tax advantages in relation to a classic leaseback. The Demessine law is therefore valid for all rental investment that forms part of a ZRR leaseback scheme between the 1st January 1999 and the 31st December 2010.
How it works :
You sign a commercial lease with TERRESENS for 9 years, you are obliged to rent the property non furnished for the duration of the lease.
In exchange we guarantee your rental income for 9 years.
You are able to have several personal weeks usage in your property throughout the year.
