TERRESENS wishes to offer you a maximum of insurance with its ECOBAIL Pack*. Depending on your residence, this pack will allow you to benefit from one or more of the following guarantees:

The "Buying at the Right Price" guarantee: when you come to want to sell you property, or indeed under certain circumstances (divorce, death...), we wish to remove the risk of you selling at a loss. We will therefore pay the difference between the price you paid for the property (net sale price plus fees) and the sale price, a differential limit is however fixed and stated beforehand.

The "Loss of Activity" guarantee: we will pay your rental income for a maximum of 18 months if for any reason there is a loss of activity on your investment, for example acts of God (oil disasters, storms...).

The "Financial Rental Income" guarantee: other than the initial guarantee stated in your lease agreement, and also in the event of a changeover of management companies (under certain conditions), we reinforce your initial protection by offering your 3 years supplementary rent.
